FAMILY HOME has a total wall insulation thickness of 260 mm. Insulation 25 mm wood fiber windbreak board, 195 mm rock wool in a wooden load-bearing frame, vapor barrier membrane + 40 mm wood fiber wool in the engineering communications layer, finishing layer. In turn, the total roof insulation thickness is 365 mm.

The load-bearing structures are made of C24 class dried, calibrated structural timber, wind resistant Steico fiberboard. Calibrated, dried, industrially primed, two-layer painted spruce finishing boards with a sawn surface are used for exterior decoration. Roof - 0.6 mm galvanized, painted, rolled SSAB rolled profile sheet metal. Three-chamber aluminum profile windows and exterior doors.
